WePlan Software GmbH is a fast-growing SaaS company based in Frankfurt. We develop innovative solutions for long-term personnel planning in aviation and already work with leading airlines worldwide such as Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines. To support our continued growth, WePlan is seeking a (Junior) Sales Manager with aviation background to join our team starting in the first quarter of 2026. In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of WePlan.
Your Role
As a (Junior) Sales Manager, you are the first voice of WePlan. You make a real impact in every customer interaction, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. In this role, you actively engage with people. You enjoy traveling, thrive on building excitement around new ideas and solutions, and have a genuine talent for motivating those around you. You will work closely with leadership to shape the future of client relationships at WePlan.
Your Tasks
- Qualify leads and reach out to new potential customers, actively driving acquisition efforts.
- Build trust-based relationships with our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership to align on new customer requirements and identify opportunities for new target groups.
- Continuously develop and prepare the sales reporting via Pipedrive.
- Support the team in identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research, and analyzing potential prospects.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of WePlan’s solutions.
- Prepare and update sales presentations and execute demo meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare RFP and RFI responses and maintain an AI-driven tender database.
- Actively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and at conferences and trade shows.
Your Profile
- Fluent in English and German language skills at least at B1 level.
- Completed university degree (or equivalent qualification).
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Knowledgeable about SaaS, workforce planning, and the aviation industry.
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people, with the ability to quickly build new contacts and inspire others.
- High level of initiative, motivation, and team spirit, coupled with a strong focus on results.
- Confident in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
